A person found a male tuxedo domestic cat near Dairy Queen, near the intersection of Rand Road and Thomas Street. The person that found the cat advised she can hold on to him in her home until the weekend before turning him into a shelter. She advised he appeared shocked, cold, and scared as if he had been abandoned.
