Cook County Sheriff’s Deputies, Hoffman Estates police (not confirmed) and Hoffman Estates firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:10 PM Friday October 27, 2017 to a report of a rollover crash with a vehicle on fire and a person trapped, Sutton Road and Magnolia Lane Hoffman Estates, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a rollover crash with a vehicle on fire and a person trapped.

The crash was initially reported at Sutton Road and Golf Road. A second caller reported the crash was at Sutton Road and Shoe Factory Road. The crash was located about half way in between the two locations.

Crew on arrival reports at least one person was trapped.

Battalion Chief 6 requested a third ambulance requested by 3:18 PM — A21 assigned.

A vehicle fire was not confirmed by crews on scene as of 3:30 p.m.

The crash also reported on Waze.

A helicopter Landing Zone was requested at Shoe Factory and Route 59 at at about 3:45 p.m. Engine 21 was assigned but was immediately held up when extrication was completed sooner than expected.
