Comcast Plans Hiring Event for Recently Announced Arlington Heights XFINITY Store
Comcast recently announced plans to open an XFINITY Store later this year in Arlington Heights at 324 E. Rand Rd. in the Northpoint Center. Comcast announced today that it’s hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, August 29, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and also from 5 to 7 p.m. at its Morton Grove XFINITY Store at 7927 Golf Rd. to recruit approximately 15 full- and part-time employees for the Arlington Heights store.

Comcast is hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 to recruit full- and part-time employees for its recently announced XFINITY Store in Arlington Heights.
“The primary goal of the XFINITY Store is to provide an excellent customer experience,” said Matt Quantz, Comcast’s regional vice president of Sales. “We’re hoping to find candidates who can provide great service to our customers and help the store achieve its business goals.”
At the event, Comcast will have:
· Recruiting employees on hand to answer questions about careers at Comcast;
· Managers and employees from other area XFINITY Stores who can answer questions about working in retail at Comcast; and
· Computers attendees can use to apply for the open positions. Comcast also can assist attendees who want to apply using laptops, smartphones and tablets they bring to the event.
“I am pleased to welcome the new XFINITY store to Arlington Heights, and I would highly encourage area residents to attend the open house/job fair to explore the many full-time and part-time employment opportunities being offered with Comcast,” said Thomas W. Hayes, Mayor, Village of Arlington Heights.
