A confrontation broke out between a passenger and a United Airlines ticket agent Monday in New Orleans in a dispute about excess baggage. The passenger wanted to know why he was being charged $300 for excess baggage when the same bag cost $125 on the flight coming in. “You do not have my permission to videotape,” the employee said in cellphone video recorded by the irate customer. The customer then explained he took out his phone “because you guys have terrible customer service.”
