President Trump Participates in a Joint Press Conference with Prime Minister Netanyahu
President Donald J. Trump and Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are expected to build a new diplomatic relationship that counters decades of U.S. policy and eight years of a shaky relationship with former President Barack Obama’s administration.
The press conference is scheduled to begin at 12:10 PM ET/11:10 AM CT.
Trump is not expected to push for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, was was emphasized by the previous U.S. policy, including under former President Barack Obama.
