Man Charged with Battery Arrested at First Presbyterian Church on Dunton Ave, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights Police received a report of a battery that occurred at the First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Heights, 302 North Dunton Avenue on Monday at 4:15 p.m. Police report they arrested Timothy Kirschner, age 50, of Palatine, at 9:18 p.m. Monday, September 5, 2016 and charged him with Battery/Bodily Harm. Kirschner was held in municipal jail at Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters.

The crime is reported to have occurred at 4:15 p.m. Monday September 5, 2016.

Court date for Kirschner is Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
