Criminal Damage to Backhoe, Wiring at Future LA Fitness Site on East Palatine Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report on Thursday August 11, 2016 of criminal damage to vehicle and property at 345 East Palatine Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders gained access to the construction site for LA Fitness (formerly Ashley Furniture) at Town & Country Shopping Center and damaged a backhoe along with electrical wiring.

The cost of the damage is $6000.00.

Construction crews have been working around the clock to prepare the shopping center space for a new LA Fitness exercise center.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Tuesday, July 5, 2016 and Thursday, August 11, 2016.
