Vehicle Burglary, $1500 Tools Stolen from Van at Lot on Golf Rd near Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:56 PM Wednesday of a vehicle burglary at the Verizon store parking lot, 53 West Golf Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered into the victim’s 2011 white Chevy Express by tampering with the lock and removed a red 1000 watt Honda generator valued at $1000, a Stihl hand blower valued at $400, a yellow DeWalt cordless power drill valued at $99, and two black DeWalt cordless batteries valued at $40 each.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 between 5:30 AM and 3:55 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 10:25 (hours: minutes).
