Bike Theft from Detached Garage on East Hawthorne St, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:01 AM Friday of a theft in the block of 99 East Hawthorne Street Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders stole the victim’s bicycle from their detached garage when the overhead garage door was left open overnight. The bike is described as a white women’s Diamondback Vital2 Hybrid with a black saddle. The seat and the front fork had been modified with a suspension system. The bike is valued at $450.00.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 6:00 PM and Friday, July 29, 2016 at 9:00 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 15:00 (hours: minutes).
