Man Was Not Working Manual Transmission in His Smart Car at Walgreens Lot, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 4:16 PM Tuesday to a report of disorderly conduct and indecent exposure in the parking lot of Walgreens, 235 E Palatine Road Arlington Heights, IL.

Police received a report that an unknown male offender parked next to the victim. When the victim exited her car, the offender was looking at her, his pants were down and he appeared to be pleasuring himself. The offender was described as a white male, approximately 18-25 years old, with light brown hair, a medium build, and wearing a multi-colored striped tank top.

The man was driving a silver Smart car.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 04:15 PM.
