Beach Park firefighters and paramedics responded about 3:05 p.m. Wednesday to a school bus crash with a semi-trailer truck at Green Bay Road and Major Avenue in Beach Park.
Fire command has requested a 3rd Alarm EMS Box for 56 children on board the school bus.
Incoming ambulances are staging on 33rd Street east of Green Bay Road.
Lake County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed there are injuries.
The EMS Box Alarm was struck out at 3:38 p.m. with all incoming ambulances en route allowed to return.
