Palatine police received a report about 7:16 PM Friday of a theft from a garage in the block of 900 Sanborn Drive, Palatine, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed three mountain bicycles and one dirt bike from an open garage.
Two Giant brand mountain bicycles valued at $300 each were located in the 1400 block of East Evergreen Drive after the theft was discovered.
Still missing is one Schwinn mountain bicycle valued at $150.00, and one unknown brand dirt bicycle valued at $50.00.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Friday, October 23, 2015 between 7:05 PM and 7:15 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 00:10 (hours: minutes).
