Gucci Purse Theft Nets Over $1600 Value for Thieves at Restaurant on South Arlington Heights Rd Near Sigwalt St, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:47 PM Saturday of a purse theft at Alt Thai restaurant, 40 South Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed the victim’s Gucci leather purse from the back of the victim’s chair. The purse contained a Louis Vuitton wallet, makeup bag, several credit cards, an Apple iPhone 6 and cash.

The victim’s credit card was later used at a retail store for $1,000.

Two offenders are described as a 60-year-old female Asian, 5’02” 135 lbs., long brown hair, last seen wearing a blue sweater and blue jeans; and a 25-year-old female Asian 5’05” 125lbs.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 7:46 PM.
