Teen Girls Killed After Georgia State Trooper’s Car Crashes Into Nissan

Two teenage girls died when the vehicle they were traveling in collided with a Georgia State Patrol car. Two teenage boys were hospitalized. The crash is under investigation.

Police and firefighters responded about 11:30 p.m. Sunday to Highway 1 near Bremen to a crash involving a Georgia State Police cruiser and a Nissan Sentra. The Nissan, driven by Dillon Wall, 18, was traveling south on state Highway 1 when he apparently tried to make a left turn and entered the path of the patrol car.

Two passengers in the back seat were killed. Kylie Hope Lindsey, 17, and Isabella Alise Chinchilla, 16, students at South Paulding High School in Paulding County, west of Atlanta, died late Saturday.

Dillon Wall, 18, and a passenger in the front seat, Benjamin Finken, 17, both of Douglasville, were treated at Grady Medical Center in Atlanta.

The accident remains under investigation.
