Hoffman Estates police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:51 AM Sunday an emergency medical call at McDonald’s, 2250 West Higgins Road Hoffman Estates, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that both the driver and a passenger were passed out in a car in the drive-thru.
The 9-1-1 caller reported they were unable to wake up the people in the car, but it appeared they were breathing.
No details available on whether the incident involved a DUI arrest.
