Wheeling police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:03 PM Monday to a report of crash with injuries at Palatine Road and Wheeling Road Wheeling, IL. Police initially received a report of a crash with callers unsure if there were injuries. Wheeling police on arrival reported injuries.
Firefighter/paramedics report three people were hurt in the crash.
