Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:01 AM Sunday of criminal damage to vehicle in the block of 1600 South Highland Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged the victim’s 2005 Dodge Caravan by smashing the front passengers side window with a landscaping rock.
No entry was made into the vehicle.
The cost to repair the damage was unknown at the time of the police report.
A similar crime occurred in approximately the same time frame about eight blocks north on Highland Avenue.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 01:00 PM and Sunday, May 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 22:00 (hours: minutes).
