Google Maps Satellite Imagery Down “We are sorry, but we don’t have imagery at this zoom level”

#ad▼

Google satellite imagery was unavailable at all zoom levels Saturday night in Google maps Classic View. Map view seemed to be functioning normally. The satellite view was visible in the new Google maps, but in the Classic View, users were greeted with the following message …

“We are sorry, but we don’t have imagery at this zoom level for this region. Try zooming out for a broader look.”

In many instances, maps features, such as streets, street names, rivers, lakes, city names, etc. were unavailable in the satellite view mode.

Maps in embeds and maps on maps.google.com were affected.
