Arlington Heights police received a report about 4:31 PM Monday of a theft at the AT&T store, 585 East Palatine Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took the victim’s black Samsung Galaxy S5, value $450, in a pink plastic case. The Arlington Heights Police Department did not mention whether the victim was an employee or a customer, and did not explain the long duration that the crime was apparently undetected.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Friday, January 2, 2015 at 12:00 PM and Monday, January 12, 2015 at 04:30 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 244:30 (hours: minutes) or about 10 days.
