Chicago Police Department Report (16-MILE ZONE): About 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 a man driving a black 4-door car with white scratches on passenger side doors pulled up alongside a girl near the corner of North Cicero Avenue and West Henderson Street in Portage Park. The suspect was described as a male/white with medium complexion and light brown beard and mustache He had a tear drop tattoo under his right eye and a pitch fork tattoo on the right side of his neck.
He was reported to be wearing a navy blue baseball cap.
