Police and firefighter/paramedics received an updated report that the child wasn’t actually trapped, but that people on scene could not get him out of the ball pit because he is a large child.

First firefighters on the scene reported they had a child stuck in one of the toys, and that it might take a while to get him out. The child was rescued from the “climbing toy” by about 2:30 p.m.
