Broken Sprinkler Head Causes Water Problem at Senior Apartment on Campbell St, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:26 AM Tuesday to and activated fire alarm at Cedar Village of Arlington Heights, 320 West Campbell Street Arlington Heights, IL. First firefighter/paramedics on the scene reported a water flow alarm and a report of water flowing on the first floor. Firefighters investigated and found a sprinkler head going off in a room on the fourth floor.

A sprinkler head went off for no apparent reason. Firefighters worked on clean up after shutting off the fire pump.

Several water flow problems have occurred in Chicagoland in the past view days.
