Paramedics Check Infant for Injuries After the Easter Bunny “Dropped the Infant” at Woodfield, Schaumburg

Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:37 PM Friday to check on possible injuries of an infant Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that the Easter Bunny dropped a 6-month baby. No word on severity of injuries.

This is the second consecutive year of a report of the Easter Bunny dropping and infant at Woodfield Mall. Last year Schaumburg firefighter/paramedics responded about 6:10 p.m. on Good Friday, March 29, 2013 to a report that the Easter Bunny dropped an infant in the center court “holiday decoration” area.

Last year a witness reported that it appeared that the Easter Bunny’s costume makes it difficult for the person in the bunny suit to see the surroundings, and to move around.
