Boston Fire Department Commissioner John Hassan and Boston Police Department Commissioner Williams Evans explain that the cause of a fire that killed two Boston firefighters was probably sparks that festered and ignited and were fed by high winds, and that investigators will rule whether anyone will be held culpable for the fatal fire.

Officials say sparks from a welding operation next to a Boston brownstone caused the fire that killed two firefighters last week. Boston Police Commissioner William Evans says officials are confident the fire was not intentional.
