POWER OUTAGE: Blown Transformer on North Haddow Ave Near Miner St, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:35 AM Saturday to a report of a transformer explosion in the block of 200 North Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a transformer blew south of a house.

Expect Com Ed power outage in the area. A power line is also reported hanging low across Miner Street near Haddow Avenue.

Trouble alarms are being reported as far as Dryden near Kensington.
