Residential Burglary on West Olive Street, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:01 PM Saturday of a residential burglary in the block of 1600 West Olive Street Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders burglarized a residence after a family arrived home and found the home ransacked. All windows and doors were locked except except a master bedroom.

The residents also found the freezer door open.

Missing was an Acer desktop computer, valued at $1800, from the master bedroom. A screen in that bedroom was knocked out.

Also missing was a jewelry box with a glass top contained. and costume jewelry, gold hoop earrings and two rings total value $1300 that were contained inside the jewelry box.

The crime is reported to have occurred Saturday June 29, 2013 between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
