What is the parade route for the Arlington Heights Independence Day Parade?
Go to StreetsofArlington.com/july4parade for information on the 4th of July Parade Route, including staging area, direction and the starting and ending points of the 1.1 to 1.25-mile parade. The parade steps off at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 4, 2013 near Dunton Avenue and Oakton Avenue, heads east on Oakton, heads south on Dunton Avenue, turns east on Miner Street and ends at Recreation Park (500 East Miner Street). You can also see a lot of activity along Oakton Street between Dunton Avenue and Highland Avenue where parade staging is set up.
