Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:26 AM Wednesday of a vehicle burglary in a driveway in the block of 500 Tanglewood Drive Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders burglarized a black 2013 Volkswagen Jetta, which had been left unlocked.
The vehicle noticed an unknown male inside their Jetta. The offender ran away after the owner yelled from their window. Nothing was removed from the vehicle.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Wednesday June 12, 2013 at 1:45 a.m.
