#ad▼

Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:17 AM Wednesday of a residential burglary in the block of 1200 West Northwest Highway Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a person was sleeping in a house and heard someone entered the house. The husband at the house then reported that he was also in the house when two subjects, one carrying a bat, entered the house and asked for money.

The two offenders were described as two male/black subjects in their 20s with short dark hair — one with dreadlocks. They fled in a white Chevy Caprice with distinct chrome wheels, and a spotlight “like an old police car” eastbound on Route 14.

The crime is reported to have occurred about 11:15 a.m.
