Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:24 PM Wednesday of a vehicle burglary at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders smashed out the rear driver side window on a black 2008 Jeep Compass and removed a silver purse left in plain view on the backseat. The silver bucket purse valued at $800 contained a leather wallet (valued at $50), Kodak digital camera (valued at $150), Samsung cell phone (valued at $300), vehicle keys and approximately $800 cash.
The crime is reported to have occurred between February 13, 2013 between 5:30pm-7:24 p.m.
