Criminal Damage and Apparent Trespass at Vacant Home on North Pine Ave, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:00 PM Thursday of criminal damage to property in the area of 100 North Pine Avenue, Arlington Heights, IL (Incident in the block). Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered a home and appeared to be living in the home.

A caretaker of the property checked the vacant home and discovered a basement window that was forced open. Inside, the property agent found a sleeping and a blanket in an upstairs bedroom.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. and Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
