Rolling Meadows police, Illinois State Police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:40 AM Tuesday to a report of a crash on Northbound Route 53, just south of Kirchoff Road. Firefighters first on the scene reported one car hit the wall and another call hit the median on northbound Route 53, just south of Kirchoff Road. A second ccrash and a third crash were reported in the area. One of the crashes involved an Illinois State Trooper squad car.
Firefighter/paramedics reported no injuries at the second and third crashes.
