Lake Zurich police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:53 AM Wednesday to a stabbing at the McDonald’s parking lot, 653 South rand Road Police and firefighter/paramedics discovered a 21-year-old male stabbed twice in the abdomen. The victim was transported to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.
The offender was described as a male/white, 17-22 years-old, tall, thin build with short brown hair and no facial hair. He fled in a dark-colored passenger car with a passenger described as a male/white, 17-22 years-old with curly light brown hair wearing “skater” clothing.
The stabbing is apparently the result of a random altercation.
The Lake Zurich Police Department is urging anyone with information to contact the Lake Zurich Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at 847-719-1695.
