Sick from Snorting Heroin: Victim Brought by Friends to Northwest Community Hospital Treatment Center, Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:20 PM Friday to a report of a heroin reaction of a victim brought to the Northwest Community Hospital Treatment Center, 15 South McHenry Road. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a victim snorted heroin and was brought to the treatment center by friends. The victim was ill, became pale and was having difficulty swallowing.

No word on drug charges. The victim was transported to Northwest Community Hospital.
