Circular Saw Stolen From Worker’s Suv At Arlington Grooming Academy On West Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:00 AM Friday of a vehicle burglary at Arlington Grooming Academy, 1732 West Algonquin Road. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took equipment from a large SUV while the owner was gone for only a short time period. The owner left the vehicle’s rear window and tailgate open. Upon return to the gold 1999 GMC Yukon, the owner discovered that a DeWalt 7.25-inch circular saw with a black case was missing. The equipment and case was valued at $250.

The crime is reported to have occurred Friday, November 16, 2012 between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 am.
