Jewelry Reported Missing in Residential Burglary on South Fernandez Ave, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:00 AM Sunday of a residential burglary in the 2000 Block of North Fernandez Avenue. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders may have entered the residence while the owners were in the backyard doing landscaping work. They usually leave the overhead garage door open. The following jewelry was reported missing from the dining room table: necklace box contained gold wedding band (valued at $1,000), gold band w/diamonds (valued at $2,000), diamond ring (valued at $1,000), blue marine stone ring (valued at $600) and a ruby ring (valued at $500).
