Rollover Crash, No Serious Injuries, At Southbound Ramps From Palatine

Palatine firefighter/paramedics and Illinois State police responded about 2:21 PM Sunday to a rollover crash at the on ramp from Palatine Road to southbound Route 53. Firefighter/paramedics received a report that a gray “compact car” rolled over several times and was on fire. Firefighters arrived and reported no fire and no entrapment with people up an walking around the car. Smoke was apparently caused by air bag deployment.

Firefighters reported the crash was just south of the Palatine entrance to southbound Route 53 — Palatine Road direction not specified.
