Arlington Heights police responded about 2:00 AM Sunday to a report of a disturbance at with a man assault at European Crystal, 509 West Algonquin Road. Police received a report that a man was hit by another man, but refused an ambulance. Police apprehended a suspect, and requested paramedics respond to the scene for the victim with a head injury.
