Man or Older Teen Hits Woman Jogger at Lake Arlington Near Windsor Drive, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 6:08 PM Thursday to a report of a battery at or near the Lake Arlington boathouse, 2201 North Windsor Drive. Police received a report that a male subject hit a female that was jogging around the lake. The female did not know the offender, who struck the female ‘very hard’ on the ‘rear end’ with his hand.

The offender was described as a male/black, about 18-years-old, wearing a green shirt and khaki shorts. The subject was also carrying a back pack. He left through a side path that connects to Windsor Drive. He was last seen on Windsor Drive.
