House Fire on Swarthmore Court, Schaumburg

Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:30 a.m. Friday to a house fire in the 900 block of Swarthmore Court. Police were first on the scene and reported the house was well-involved on fire. Firefighters on the scene reported a fully-involved garage and house fire.

The fire was reported knocked down about 1:05 am. Firefighters worked overhaul after knocking down additional fire in the attic. A police evidence technician was called to the scene.

Paramedics checked on the residents at the house because early in the fire they were reported still inside the house. No reports of any injuries.
