Boyfriend Follows Judges Orders: DUI Driver Arrested at Old Wilke Rd and White Oak, Arlington Heights

#ad▼

Arlington Heights police arrested a DUI driver at Old Wilke Road and White Oak about 11:30 p.m. Monday. The female driver was transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters. The driver’s gray Hyundai Santa Fe was towed to a police holding area.

Police were looking for the female’s vehicle because the woman’s ex-boyfriend called police after she showed up at his apartment door. A judge instructed the boyfriend not to have any contact with the woman after she filed a domestic battery charge against him. He called police to help himself follow the judge’s orders.

She fled when the boyfriend called police, and when police found her driving, she was discovered to be driving while intoxicated.
