Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:49 p.m. Tuesday of a vehicle burglary in the parking lot of Family Video, 2338 East Rand Road. Police received a report that a purse was stolen from a vehicle “in the last 15 minutes.”
The crime is reported to have occurred between about 12:30 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. Tuesday. No offender information was available.
