Arlington Heights police responded just before 7:00 p.m. Monday to a theft in progress at Ulta on East Rand Road. Originally three offenders were sought, but then two offenders were reported to have stolen three bottles of perfume.
The offenders were described as (#1) a female/black, about 30-years-old, 5’5″ 150 LBS, wearing a black pea coat and black pants, and (#2) a female/Hispanic, in her mid-20’s, about 5’0″ 160 LBS, wearing a black jacket and black pants.
Both offenders left in a silver car on Palatine Road. No further details available about the car.
