Schaumburg police responded about 2:34 p.m. Monday to a report of a juvenile nuisance complaint near Mitchell and Wise. Police received a report that about 15 male white subjects congregated near the intersection and were ‘mooning’ passing vehicles. One male teen about 14-years-old also kicked a passing vehicle. The 14-year-old was also described as a male/white wearing a blue hoodie, a blue Adidas backpack, and gray pants.
