Intoxicated Stranger Enters Home on North Yale Ave, Chicago

Arlington Heights police responded about 10:17 p.m. Saturday to a report of an unknown man who entered a house in the 1300 block of North Yale Avenue. Police received a report that a man walked into a resident’s house and walked into the bathroom. The resident yelled for him to get out of the house, and he left out the front door.

The subject was described as a male/Hispanic, about 5’6″, early 20’s, wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, black pants and box shorts sticking out the waistband. The residents also reported he smelled of alcohol.

Police found the subject highly intoxicated in the neighbor’s yard about 10:42 p.m. Police called firefighter/paramedics for the highly intoxicated subject. No word on arrest or charges. On initial check, the residents do not believe anything was taken from the house.

The suspect was transported to the hospital by paramedics with police guard.
