Arlington Heights police responded about 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a retail theft that just occurred at Burlington Coat Factory, 30 West Rand Road. A female suspect fled with shoes without paying for the shoes and headed across the street toward hhgregg, 35 West Rand Road. The suspect was possibly contacted by police near or inside Binny’s, 69 West Rand Road.
Arlington Heights police had one adult/female suspect in custody about 5:35 p.m. Tuesday. The female was transported to Arlington Heights Police Department in custody.
