Two Separate Cannabis Arrest Cases Overnight in Prospect Heights

Prospect Heights police arrested a male driver about 9:20 p.m. Thursday on Apple Drive near the Denny’s for possession of Cannabis after a traffic stop. Police transported the male driver in custody to Prospect Heights Police Department Headquarters. The driver’s vehicle was towed to a police holding area.

A second Cannabis arrest occurred after police responded about 4:04 a.m. Friday to a report of two vagrants in an apartment hallway in the 800 block of East Old Willow Road. A resident reported two men sleeping in the hallway. Police investigated the two subjects and arrested one for possession of Cannabis.
