Buffalo Grove police responded about 9:20pm Monday to a report of a juvenile nuisance and traffic hazard in the 100 block of South Buffalo Grove Road. A resident reported that a group of youths were throwing traffic hazard cones at passing cars. The youths were gone when the officer arrived, but one youth was identified. The police officer spoke with his mother.
