Residential Burglary Attempt on Cedar Glen, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:19 p.m. Sunday of a residential burglary in the 2300 block of Cedar Glen Drive. Police received a report that a window was broken and a screen was removed. Unknown offender(s) shattered a rear window leading to the basement, entered the residence, looked in a storage room and left through a rear sliding glass door. Nothing appears to be missing. Tools, bikes and laptop computers were not taken.

An evidence technician was called to the scene as signs indicated an unknown offender or offenders were inside the house.
