Rolling Meadows police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 11:57 a.m. Wednesday to a minivan vs. pole crash at Five Guys, 1343 East Golf Road, Rolling Meadows.
The crash was reported with injuries, but the injuries appear to be minor. The call originally was reported to be a minivan into the building.
A Ford Windstar was towed from the scene with heavy front-end damage.
